This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Ubezon platform operated by Denorth LLC, doing business as Ubezon ("Ubezon," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Ubezon Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
1.1. The Ubezon platform is designed to enable businesses to create and operate branded delivery platforms for the lawful transport of goods and packages. This AUP establishes the rules and guidelines that govern how the Platform may and may not be used.
1.2. You are responsible for ensuring that both you and your End Users comply with this AUP at all times.
2. Permitted Uses
2.1. The Platform may be used for:
- (a) Operating a branded delivery service for the lawful transport and delivery of goods, packages, and documents;
- (b) Managing drivers, handlers, senders, and other logistics personnel;
- (c) Processing delivery orders and payments in connection with lawful delivery operations;
- (d) Communicating with End Users in the ordinary course of delivery operations;
- (e) Any other lawful purpose consistent with the Platform's intended function as a delivery management system.
3. Prohibited Content and Shipments
3.1. Illegal Goods and Substances. The Platform may not be used to facilitate the delivery, transport, storage, or sale of:
- (a) Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia;
- (b) Prescription medications without proper licensure and authorization;
- (c) Stolen, misappropriated, or fraudulently obtained property;
- (d) Counterfeit goods, including counterfeit currency, documents, or branded merchandise.
3.2. Weapons and Dangerous Items. The Platform may not be used to facilitate the delivery of:
- (a) Firearms, ammunition, or firearm components;
- (b) Explosives, incendiary devices, or detonators;
- (c) Chemical, biological, or radiological agents;
- (d) Other weapons prohibited by applicable law.
3.3. Hazardous Materials. The Platform may not be used to facilitate the delivery of hazardous materials, toxic substances, flammable materials, or radioactive materials, except where the Tenant holds all required licenses, permits, and certifications and has obtained prior written approval from Ubezon.
3.4. Human Trafficking and Exploitation. The Platform may not be used in any manner that facilitates:
- (a) Human trafficking or smuggling;
- (b) Forced labor or involuntary servitude;
- (c) The exploitation of minors in any form;
- (d) The transport of persons against their will.
3.5. Other Prohibited Content and Uses. The Platform may not be used to:
- (a) Facilitate any activity that violates applicable law;
- (b) Distribute or store obscene, defamatory, or unlawfully threatening material;
- (c) Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- (d) Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software;
- (e) Conduct phishing, social engineering, or other fraudulent schemes;
- (f) Engage in unauthorized data collection or surveillance;
- (g) Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam);
- (h) Evade or circumvent sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions;
- (i) Launder money or finance terrorism.
4. Platform Integrity
4.1. You may not, and must ensure your End Users do not:
- (a) Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any associated system or network without authorization;
- (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform;
- (c) Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance of the Platform or any connected infrastructure;
- (d) Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform without our prior written consent;
- (e) Circumvent or manipulate any security measures, authentication mechanisms, or usage limits;
- (f) Create false identities, impersonate others, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- (g) Use the Platform in a manner that creates an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
5. Compliance with Laws
5.1. General Compliance. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation:
- (a) Transportation and logistics regulations;
- (b) Employment and labor laws, including worker classification requirements;
- (c) Tax laws and reporting obligations;
- (d) Consumer protection laws;
- (e) Data protection and privacy laws;
- (f) Anti-discrimination laws;
- (g) Sanctions and export control regulations;
- (h) Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws.
5.2. Licensing and Permits. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, and certifications required for your delivery operations. The availability of the Platform does not constitute authorization to operate in any jurisdiction where you are not properly licensed.
5.3. International Use. If you operate in multiple jurisdictions, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of each jurisdiction in which you or your End Users operate. You acknowledge that the Platform is operated from the United States and may not be appropriate or available for use in all locations.
6. Reporting Violations
6.1. How to Report. If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you may report it to:

6.2. Information to Include. When reporting a violation, please provide:
- (a) A description of the suspected violation;
- (b) The identity of the Tenant or End User involved, if known;
- (c) Any supporting evidence or documentation;
- (d) Your contact information.
6.3. No Retaliation. Ubezon prohibits retaliation against any person who reports a suspected AUP violation in good faith.
6.4. Tenant Obligation to Report. Tenants must promptly report to Ubezon any known or suspected violations of this AUP by their End Users that involve illegal activity, safety threats, or prohibited shipments.
7. Consequences of Violations
7.1. Investigation. Ubezon may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. During an investigation, we may suspend your access to the Platform or specific features as we deem necessary to protect the Platform, other Tenants, or third parties.
7.2. Enforcement Actions. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion:
- (a) Issue a written warning;
- (b) Require you to remove or remediate offending content or activity;
- (c) Temporarily suspend your account or specific features;
- (d) Permanently terminate your account;
- (e) Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP;
- (f) Report the violation to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
7.3. Severity and Proportionality. We will consider the nature, severity, and recurrence of the violation when determining appropriate enforcement action. However, we reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately and without prior warning for serious violations, including any violation involving illegal activity, threats to safety, or human trafficking.
7.4. No Liability for Enforcement. Ubezon shall not be liable to you or any third party for any enforcement action taken in good faith under this AUP.
7.5. Effect on Fees. Suspension or termination of your account for AUP violations does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any outstanding fees. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.
8. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
8.1. Disclosure. Ubezon may disclose Tenant Data and account information to law enforcement agencies, government officials, or other third parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is:
- (a) Required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process;
- (b) Necessary to prevent imminent bodily harm or death;
- (c) Necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected illegal activity;
- (d) Necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ubezon, our Tenants, or the public.
8.2. Preservation Requests. We will comply with lawful preservation requests from law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law.
8.3. Notification. Unless prohibited by law or court order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you if your account information is requested by law enforcement, so that you may seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy.
8.4. Tenant Cooperation. You agree to cooperate with Ubezon and with law enforcement in the investigation of suspected AUP violations or illegal activity conducted through the Platform.
9. Changes to This Policy
9.1. We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice via email or in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.
9.2. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
